At Hi Vis Safety, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-visibility gear. If your items are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any job-site debris.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
